We believe in delivering only the highest quality food, and that means making everything from scratch, pasta by hand and roasting meats for hours on end.  We make sure to visit the farms and shake the hands of the farmers whose products we use to make sure we know how it was grown and raised.  We establish a connection with the artisans of the farm, guaranteeing the quality of our ingredients.  We harvest the animals to ensure we respect what we cook.  We do all of this to honor the hard work and love that goes into these farms; and to make sure we put only the freshest food on your table.
